The 25th batch of Springbank's beloved 12 Year Old Cask Strength series continues to impress. Bottled at a robust 57.2% ABV, the 2024 edition was matured in a combination of 70% Bourbon casks and 30% Sherry casks, striking a beautiful balance between freshness and complexity.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Subtle smoke intertwined with vanilla, apple compote, lemon zest, and mint. Mineral and salty notes emerge alongside caramel, light raisins, candied orange peel, and a hint of diesel and malt.

Palate: Rich layers of vanilla, mango, and sweet caramel are joined by cane sugar, saltwater, canned mandarins, and a whisper of passion fruit. Ginger, sweet liquorice, lime, and oaky spice add further depth.

Finish: Medium to long. Notes of vanilla, candied orange peel, and lingering caramel.
