Inspired by a serendipitous encounter with Caroni rum from Trinidad, Malt Master David C. Stewart MBE crafted a rare and exceptional whisky, matured in ex-Caroni rum casks.

The result is a luxurious single malt with tropical warmth and a deeply layered character — a true reflection of Balvenie's adventurous spirit.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Rich toasted oak, cocoa, and creamy vanilla, interwoven with clove, cinnamon spice, dried fruits and citrus peel.
Palate: Elegant layers of vanilla, dark chocolate, and dried fruit, with a soft undercurrent of creamy caramel and malt-rich oak.
Finish: Long, velvety, and gently spiced with lingering notes of caramel mocha.
