Crafted in exceptionally limited quantities, Highland Park 25 Year Old is a rare single malt drawn from fewer than 20 carefully selected casks – a mix of sherry seasoned European oak, first-fill ex-bourbon, and refill casks. Each cask has been individually chosen by Master Whisky Maker Gordon Motion for its unique character, and together they create a remarkably complex whisky of great depth and balance.

The resulting profile is a luxurious fusion of rich vanilla, honey fudge, and nutty spice, set against Highland Park’s signature backdrop of smouldering Orkney peat and coastal sea spray.
