This 19 Year Old Single Malt is part of Glenfiddich’s Age of Discovery series, paying tribute to the bold spirit of the 15th-century Portuguese explorers who discovered the islands of Porto Santo and Madeira. In that same spirit of adventure, Glenfiddich finishes this whisky in rare, aged Madeira wine casks sourced from a historic island winery founded in 1850—the first time the distillery has used Madeira casks.

The result is a bright yet earthy dram, rich with spice and fruit, and layered with exceptional depth.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Deep, earthy aromas of sweet ripe fig and orange marmalade, lifted by fresh gooseberry and grape notes

• Palate: A luxurious mouthfeel reveals spicy cinnamon, crushed black pepper, caramelised fruits, crystallised ginger, raisins, and subtle dry oak

• Finish: Long, dry, and warming, evolving into sweet marmalade with a lingering elegance
