Kavalan Solist Manzanilla is a single cask, cask-strength whisky matured in ex-Manzanilla sherry casks. Manzanilla, a variety of fino sherry aged by the sea, benefits from ideal coastal conditions that promote a thick layer of flor—resulting in a lighter, more delicate style of sherry with subtle salinity and mineral undertones. These distinctive characteristics beautifully influence the whisky, imparting a fresh maritime complexity.

Colour: Swarthy aurum amber

Nose: A mysterious and alluring bouquet, reminiscent of the Solist Fino. Fragrant notes of honeydew melon are followed by layers of complex fruit, toffee, and cocoa. A coastal breeze lingers in the background, adding a touch of cider and light salinity.

Palate: Wonderfully balanced with a lightly salty character, complemented by generous sweetness and vanilla notes. Bursting with vibrant flavours of orange, melon, and mint, the whisky reveals a fresh and fruity complexity with every sip.
