It is bottled at cask strength, non-chill filtered, and without colouring—delivering the purest expression of Kavalan’s sherried style.

Rooted in the misty landscapes of I-Lan, Taiwan, Kavalan takes its name from the indigenous people of the region, a name officially recognized by the Emperor of the Chin dynasty in 1809. Shielded by the Syue-shan mountain range and nourished by pristine spring water from the Snow and Central Mountains, the distillery crafts whiskies of remarkable purity and texture.
