Tasting Notes

Nose: Berry compote, dried fruits soaked in cognac, zesty lime, dark chocolate, spiced Christmas cake, and soft toffee.
Palate: Raisins and sultanas, sherried dried fruits, hints of garden herbs, and warming cinnamon spice.
Finish: Creamy caramel, ripe red berries, and well-integrated oak. Long, smooth, and gently drying.
