Tasting Notes

Nose: Soft and mild at first, unusually fruity with hints of honey and salted caramel, soon giving way to lush seaweed, charred wood, and a touch of creamy fudge. A waft of beach bonfire drifts through with sea spray and black pepper.

Palate: Immediate, dry smoke merges with creamy oak and subtle almond milk. Gentle sweetness from stone fruits, lemon, lime, apricot, and banana chips adds a layered richness. A whisper of salt and soft pepper completes the harmony.

Finish: Long, warming, and maritime. A smooth glide into notes of Scottish tablet, lemon biscuit, vanilla, and soft oak, ending with a delicate tingle of white pepper—replacing the iconic Talisker chilli ‘catch’ with grace.
