Talisker Xpedition Oak 43 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky 700ml, ABV 49.7%
Talisker 43 Year Old – Xpedition Oak Series (Release No.1)
Limited Edition | 50% ABV | Only 1,830 Bottles Worldwide
This extraordinary 43-year-old single malt marks the first release in Talisker’s Xpedition Oak series—a collection showcasing some of the oldest and rarest Taliskers ever made. Distilled on the rugged Isle of Skye and shaped by its wild coastal climate, this whisky offers the distillery’s unmistakable signature: maritime salinity, cracked black pepper, and sweet, smouldering smoke.
Crafted by Nature, Finished by Adventure
Matured in American oak hogsheads and bottled at cask strength (50% ABV), this limited-edition release was finished in casks built from staves that journeyed across the Atlantic Ocean with British adventurer James Aiken. Each bottle includes a piece of one of these ocean-traversed staves, a tangible connection to the voyage that helped shape its final flavour.
